Sydney Dee Why - Long Reef

It is very easy to go from Dee Why to Long Reef, via the beach. Long Reef has a large golfcourse and is situated on cliffs and has some great views.

Left home @ 8.15 to go for a MTB ride with Marty and 4 of his friends.

We went on a single trail near Narraweena, just up Dee Why and it was great. Rocks sand, bush and great views (when I had the time looking).

Sydney - Dee Why

Today is a big day for the horselovers, Melbourne Cup Day. Marty and I went to the Dutch Club in Frenchs Forest. We had some drinks and because my friend Jan was working in the kitchen he gave us some lunch with a toetje (dessert). There was a sweep and Marty bought the last 5 $0,50 tickets. We split the 5, I took 2 of his tickets. Marty ended up with his horse come in 3rd winning $1,50 and my horse came in 2nd so I won a big $3,50.

Sydney Dee Why - Narrabeen Lake

Had to have a little sleep in from the night out before with Tara and Marty and some wine ...:-) I took Marty's bike and Tara's helmet to have a spin around and ended up going to Narroween Lake. This is just about 5km frm Dee Why. The lake was larger then I thought but with great views and a nice trail for MTB as well wanderers.

Sydney Rozelle - Sas's Birthday Party

The BIG PARTY of Saskia, celebrating her upcoming 3rd birthday. A lot of preparing but all worth for a good party. Started off dry but after 1,5 hr there was a lot of rain but the large open tent kept us dry.

And of course some "poffertjes", this was on Saskia's mom birthday, tuesday the 27th.

Auckland Tower
